We do not own any images of properties on the platform and are not liable for any copyright infringement. We are not responsible for any injuries, offenses, or deaths that occur as a result of bookings made on our platform.
      
      
   2. User Account and Registration Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. We may share your data with third-party platforms to improve our services, but we will never sell your data to anyone.
      
      
   3. Rules and Policies for Customers: You must only book properties with authorized funds and refrain from any fraudulent activities on our platform. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these rules.
      
      
   4. Cancellation and Refund Policies: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date. For this reason, withdrawals will only be released to property listers 3 days after customers have moved into the property.
      
      
   5. Intellectual Property Policies: You must only post images that you are authorized to post, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
      
      
   6. Termination and Suspension Policies: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform if you violate these terms and conditions. Moneys pending withdrawals may be held for up to 365 days pending investigations if needed.
      
      
   7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
