Data Deletion Process

At Prebook Homes, we value your privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our platform, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by sending an email to info@prebookhomes.com.
2. In your message, clearly state that you want to delete your Prebook Homes account and all associated data.
3. Provide the email address associated with your account to help us identify and verify your account.
4. Our support team will process your request within 48 hours of receiving your message.
5. Once your account and data have been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our platform, including:

• Your profile information
• Your rental history and preferences
• Any saved properties or searches
• Your communication history with landlords or tenants
• Any reviews or ratings you have provided or received

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access or retrieve any of this data. If you have any ongoing rental agreements or transactions, please ensure to complete them before requesting account deletion.
